Below are just a few pictures from our last Clay Day on March 20th where everyone made rings and button earrings. The pieces that didn’t get photographed would have blown you away; they were so wonderfully created! We really have a great group and hope these pictures entice more of you to come out! During our last Clay Day (March 20th), we had a visit from Viva Décor who is the manufacturer of the new polymer clay “Pardo Jewelry Clay”. Each person received a goody bag filled with clay and had to sample test their product. The clay itself is mixed with beeswax and other natural ingredients, shaped in little balls and stored in plastic jars. Those who didn’t send me your feedback on the clay, please do so ASAP. An invitation was extended to the New York Polymer Clay Guild to participate in “The Innovation Beads & Fiber Arts Expo”. The Guild will have a table to conduct demos, display finished pieces and take new memberships. Guild members are invited to participate in the demos and help take memberships. We’re looking for volunteers to help man the table for the weekend. Please send me your interest in participating at this great opportunity!
